When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible! That's what happened with Dhruvita and Shashank. We all were lucky enough to experience the union of the two beautiful souls amind the pandemic.

I’ve always had very strange conflicting thoughts about arrange marriages. It has a lot to do with how you are supposed to commit to a person that your families have chosen for you. Someone you have not met a lot before or someone you have not had a chance to spend a lot of time with.

Looking at them, coming together to start this new journey made us all forget about the agony and bought huge smiles on our faces. They’re like these two pieces of a jigsaw puzzle that just fit together. Seamless and perfect!

And as if a near-perfect event planned by the couple wasn’t enough, there Dhruvita's family was, adding to the icing on the cake. They planned this beautiful surprise performance for Shashank's Baraat entry that he far and out hadn’t even thought about!

He was so immensely overwhelmed with the lovely gesture that there was no stopping on that engulf on his face. It is exactly in moments like these that we realize how grateful and lucky we are to have found a person and a family who’s willing to go that extra mile just to see a smile on our faces. And it is exactly in moments like these, that we, as photographers, find satisfaction in the work that we do. The beautiful hairstyle of Dhruvita was done by Sunita Pawar. The artist behind amazing makeup was Sanjay.
